What is Functional Nutrition?

Over the course of these five sessions, we’ll dive deep into your history, physiology, eating patterns, lifestyle, mindset and more to create a shift in the way you look, feel and live. I design personalized dietary and lifestyle protocols for each individual client, using biomarkers (lab work) and other data to curate my interventions to each person, as we are all biochemically unique.

My goal is that by the end of our time together, you have a solid foundation of how to nourish and care for your body, how to reverse your existing conditions and that you already experience transformation. The body is so incredible, and you will be amazed at how quickly it can respond.
